ABOUT KATHARINE
Katharine Quinn is the Founder and CEO of And That's Media Group, parent company of And That's Strategy, a digital media marketing agency, and And That's Showbiz, a digital media outlet.

And That's Strategy represents productions including The Great Gatsby (Clio Shortlist, best-performing Broadway social media of the 2023-24 season), Tony Award-winning Maybe Happy Ending (2025 Best Musical Tony Award), The Notebook, Dirty Dancing, The Great Gatsby and Maybe Happy Ending national tours, Ken Rex Off Broadway, and a dozen other shows in various stages of development.

And That's Showbiz surpassed 15 million impressions in its debut season, producing original series featuring Tony winners and Broadway stars, with clients and partners including Netflix, Tao Group, Lights of Broadway, and The Museum of Broadway.

With experience spanning performing, directing, choreography, writing, marketing, and producing, Katharine has worked across nearly every corner of theater. Originally from Dallas and now splitting her time between New York City and Florida, she built her marketing practice during the pandemic by publicly questioning the assumptions that had long defined Broadway's relationship with digital media -- and audiences responded.

Her stage credits include Writing Associate to Tony winner Robert Horn on Shucked and Writing Assistant on How to Dance in Ohio (Drama Desk nominee, Outstanding Book of a Musical). She holds a BFA in Directing from SMU and an MA in Arts Administration from UK College of Fine Arts, and served as an SDCF Fellow on Tootsie under Choreographer Denis Jones.

As a queer, neurodivergent artist and entrepreneur, Katharine champions work at the intersection of representation, digital media, and theater. Her company has earned Clio and Platinum Muse Award recognition. Katharine was also named a 2025 Broadway Woman to Watch (Broadway Women's Alliance), 2025 Women in Content Marketing Finalist, and is a 92Y Women in Power Mentor.

A sought-after speaker and moderator, she has spoken at universities internationally and at institutions including The Public Theater, and has moderated panels at New York Comic Con and BroadwayCon.

Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, Dallas Voice, Broadway NewsTheatrely, Refinery29, and quoted by numerous publications including Bloomberg, Business Insider, Grammy.comFansplaining, Broadway News, and Observer.
